படி 2: சனிக்கிழமை விரதம் (Saturday Fasting – One Meal)
ஒவ்வொரு சனிக்கிழமையும் ஒரு வேளை மட்டுமே உணவு உண்ணவும். சில பக்தர்கள் பழ உணவு மட்டும் சாப்பிடுவர். Fast every Saturday with only one meal. Some devotees consume only fruits and milk throughout the day.
படி 3: Vishnu Sahasranama Parayanam
விஷ்ணு சகஸ்ரநாமம் முழுவதும் பாராயணம் செய்யவும். குடும்பத்துடன் சேர்ந்து படிப்பது சிறப்பு. Recite the complete Vishnu Sahasranama. Reading it together as a family brings special blessings from Lord Venkateswara.

பெருமாள் ஆலயத்திற்குச் சென்று துளசி அர்ச்சனை செய்யவும். பத்து மலை விஷ்ணு சன்னதி பிரபலம். Visit a Perumal temple for Tulasi archana. The Batu Caves Vishnu shrine is a popular destination for Malaysian Tamil devotees.
